Privacy and data use
Learn how the portal separates public information from citizen, operational, and commercial data.
Minimum data for each service
The portal requests only the data needed to receive a report, provide follow-up, or allow private access to a bill.
Contact information is never published in maps, neighborhood pages, or public indicators.
Aggregated public information
Neighborhood status uses minimum group thresholds and never displays an individual, crew, or sensitive asset’s exact location.
Free-form comments, citizen photographs, and internal notes remain outside indexable public surfaces.
Protected access
Detailed tracking and bills use private links or credentials. Relevant internal access is recorded for audit purposes.
